Terms and Conditions


By using and/or ordering from Sweet Spot you argree that Sweet Spot and Affiliates can:

  • 1) Withdraw and cancel services at any time for any reason.
  • 2) Customer is responsible to pay 50% (fifty percent) up front of orders over $100 (including taxes and fees). If order is canceled less then 72 hours before date of requested date then the 50% is non refundable due to product already purchased and is non returnable. Sweet Spot is currently a small business company, and items to complete orders are purchased when placed.
  • 3) If customer changes date of order for a later date, the time stamp remains the same for cancelation policy from the first order time stamp. Customer agrees that if they the customer wants to change the date to a later or earlier time or date that the order may possibly be canceled due to no availability.
  • 4) If Customer wants to change order to an earlier time and or date that a fee of 20% of the entire order will be added for expedite. 
  • 5) Make financial transactions right when order is placed and/or no later than the end of the Business Day. Transactions may take 2-7 Business Days depending on time of season.
  • 6) If order transaction is declined after placed by customer, a fee of $5.00 will be added to your order per decline (will not exceed $15). If order transaction is declined 3 times, customer order will be canceled. If orders under $100 is canceled after placed due to declined transactions or by the customer there will be a non refundable fee of no less then 20% (twenty percent) of customers entire order (including taxes and fees).
  • 7) If order is canceled by Sweet Spot or Affiliates due to customer misconduct or mistreatment towards Sweet Spot or its Affiliates, customer will be charged the cancelation fee of 20% of entire order (including taxes and fees) due to order being forcibly canceled for the well being and safety of Sweet Spot and Affiliates; resulting in loss of product and potential availability for other customers. 
  • 8) Customer agrees and gives permission to Sweet Spot and or Affiliates that if there is a dispute with the bank and accusations of "fraud" are brought against Sweet Spot and Affiliates due to fees mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, that customers private information (Name, Phone Number, Emails, Bank account, and credit card information, along with any other information or messages provided by the customer) will be presented to the Fraud Department and or Lawyers/Court officials as evidence for any accusations.
  • 9) Sweet Spot uses Cookies to better improve the website and customer experience. 
  • 10) Sweet Spot may potentially publicly post on the website or other websites/groups/pages affiliated with Sweet Spot of Reviews and Photos for advertising purposes and other reasons. 
  • 11) Sweet Spot will not tolerate spam, unlawful behavior, harassment, stalking, hate speech, bullying, resell of items without permission, fraudulently promoting of Sweet Spot and Sweet Spots items for personal gain financially, posting publicly defaming the companies name etc. Any of these actions will result in Sweet Spot and Affiliates to no longer conduct business with you, blocking, disabling customers accounts with Sweet Spot, and/or taking legal actions.
  • 12) Sweet Spot only serves the state of Arizona.
  • 13) Sweet Spot is currently a small family owned business and may not be able to accept specific orders. 
  • 14) Sweet Spot is affiliated with Square for online orders. Sweet Spot has no control over Square with any fees that may potentially be added by Square. Sweet Spot will clarify if fees are added by Sweet Spot for specific reasons on receipt invoice. 
  • 15) Sweet Spot will pursue legal actions of any Fraudulently actions framing as Sweet Spot, or theft/loss of product and customers. 
  • 16) Sweet Spot is a faith based Christian Company and items will/may have scriptures or faith based phrases on product and/or labels, and will not be removed even if asked by the customer. As a constitutional right it will be exercised and remain on product; and customer is made aware of this, choosing to purchase or not purchase from this company is of free will from the customers.
  • 17) Sweet Spot has the right to refuse service for ANY REASON. 

Return and Refund Policy

  • All Sales Final.
  • No Returns.
  • Items are perishable and customer is responsible for the care of product once received.
  • If Food Item(s) is received Damaged upon delivery, photos will need to be provided for refund determination. 
  • Delivery Box Damaged (No refund)
  • Refund and Cancelation Policy is noted in Terms and Conditions. 
  • Reason for Refund (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
  • Refund will be made via Zelle, Square (if purchased on Square), other electronics refunds if possible. No cash refund.
